A little bit about me

After working for 6 months in a ski resort in the French Alps I knew I had developed a love for baking. Upon our arrival in France my boyfriend and I were shown our chalet and were told that we had to host 12 people each week which included cooking breakfast, dinner and most importantly afternoon tea. Banana bread, yoghurt cake, brownies, strawberry cake, lemon cake, orange upside-down cake, cookies, carrot cake….Everyday a new cake!

After a move to Vancouver I was baking again and learning how to master children’s birthday cakes. Disney cakes and themed cakes were in huge demand but now I’m back in London every day I see Vespas, vintage, picnics on the Heath and it’s bringing a warm fresh inspiration. I want to create cakes and cupcakes that are decorated with a bright, retro and personal character.
